For as long I can remember my dream was to be in a healthy, romantic relationship with an amazing man.  I don't consider myself a complicated woman; in fact, I'm a minimalist at heart-so I never thought I was asking far too much. Yet, year after year, relationship after relationship, I found myself single after yet another breakup. 

       Throughout my 30s, I dedicated myself to therapy and gained a lot of clarity on my patterns. A few months before turning 40, I had a crucial realization: I was the common denominator in all of my relationships.  I understood that if i continued on the same path, I might find myself still single 20 years later. 

       I invested in relationship coaching to uncover what I might be doing wrong. I learned a lot, but I still found I had to fill in many gaps on my own.  Just because a coach is telling you what to do, doesn't mean they're truly able to walk the walk.  After completing a coaching course myself, and coaching for a small business for 3 years, I started my own business.  Integrity is an integral part of my life.  I wanted to be able to coach knowing that 100% of the time, I was only representing those who practice what they preach.  I realized the only way to guarantee this was to work for myself.  I've combined the knowledge I gained through coaching with that of 20 years of teaching, and knowing how to address how people learn best, to provide honest and authentic coaching to my clients.

       I never gave up on self-reflection, growth, or hope, and recently, I married an absolutely incredible man. His emotional intelligence, kind heart, and integrity are unlike any I've ever known. My passion is to share what I've learned, what I've figured out on my own, and help others find the love they deserve.
